Our founders

Boston Residential Concierge was founded by John Asamoah Djan. John Asamoah is a diligent and hardworking entrepreneur with over fifteen years of experience in the residential concierge industry. John’s wealth of experience and knowledge of what property managers and tenants expect led to the founding of the Boston Residential Concierge.

He has worked alongside some of the largest property managers in the country, adding value and brand recognition to the partnerships he facilitates, ensuring a solid relationship, resulting in resident loyalty and retention.

John is known in the industry for his problem-solving capabilities, obsessively organizing and arranging for the varied and timely needs of his large clientele, as well as offering consistent and thorough planning of meaningful events to the residents and prospects in his care, ensuring a positive experience in a meticulously cared for community.

His business acumen encompasses leadership skills, including coaching, mentoring and providing training to other members of the resident services team, demonstrating adherence to core values associated with the concierge culture and hospitality industry, and generating awareness, interest, and excitement via social media. John was nominated as the concierge of the year in 2017.
